Freight Review Process Management
- Outsourcing the freight review function minimises disruption to client resource and ensures that the process from inception to implementation is managed with MACAW's experience.
- Utilisation of MACAW's advisors will ensure that the freight review process is managed efficiently and that the client's core business activity is not disrupted by this time consuming exercise.
- MACAW's knowledge and experience will provide clients with concise data analysis and clear recommendations ensuring that the customer is equipped to award the business to the most appropriate supplier(s).
- MACAW will manage the implementation of suppliers, including: development of SOP's, KPI's, customer requirements, awareness consultations with supplier and operational staff, as well as the long term Supplier Relations Management.
