SALESBuilder
SALESBuilder is used to develop and deliver customised skill, behaviour
and attitude development programmes to meet specific business needs.

Persuasion & Influencing
There is a second variant of SALESBuilder that is the Persuasion
and Influencing version. This has been developed and used with Management
and Technical staff who know that they do not sell but whose effect
on sales levels is crucial. Such programmes are often referred to
as Customer Relationship Management or Customer Service programmes
and although they use the same core skill sets, do so in a different
way. Once again, subset programmes delivering skill, behaviour and
attitude changes are easily developed to match specific business
needs.
SALESBuilder is not simply a training programme structure it contains
a number of concepts, processes and experiences that challenge participants
ideas, behaviours and values. It has been designed to change the
way that people think about how they 'do business' with other people.
